Our challenge this time was to create a recipe card using the mediterranean as our inspiration. I created this card using a yummy French recipe for ratatouille crumble and some Cosmo Cricket paper which is available for Scrapbook store at your door. The little flags were all made from paper scraps.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you can play along with our challenge!

Recipe card challenge blog
Julie gave us a really fun challenge of creating a recipe card using an apron template. Our card is also to incorporate a bbq recipe to fit in the apron pocket. I really enjoyed making this and it was nice and quick to make too! All papers are DCWV Nana's kitchen stack.

Recipe card challenge
Our challenge this week on the Recipe Card Challenge blog is guilt free snacks. I made a recipe card using some paper from Scrapbook store at your door, X-cut diamond border punch and a lovely watermelon image that my friend Chris sent me. Our challenge has changed to every second week so it will give you two weeks to work on your card instead of one, so I hope you can come and play along.

Good morning! This weeks challenge on the Recipe Card Challenge Blog is meals for under $10 or €7.60 in my case. I kept the card really simple and used paper and brads from scrapbook store at your door, it doesn't really show up in the photo but the black cs is embossed with the Victoria cuttlebug folder. Don't forget to stop by the blog and see what the rest of the design team created.

Mexican Fiesta recipe card
This week on the Recipe card challenge blog Julie challenged us to make a recipe card that holds a lot, a square meal card! Your card can include pop out elements, a mini book, tags etc. I chose to do tags as I really enjoy making them and Mexican as my theme, I LOVE Mexican food! I used some fun paper from Julie's store and a felt flower from my stash. I used various stamps as embellishments for the tags and added ribbon, glitter and some 3D glaze to them.
I hope you can play along in this fun challenge and don't forget to stop by the Recipe card challenge blog to see what the rest of the design team created .

Happy St Patrick's day!
The challenge this week over on the recipe card challenge blog is "Luck of the Irish" in honour of St. Patrick's day. I'm not really sure where "luck of the Irish" came from or how true it is, as most of the time I'm not very lucky, example - my printer breaking! So here, I have a hand written recipe card for you this week :( I wrote the recipe out a few times and this is the neatest I could get it. I didn't realise how much I depended on my printer until it broke. I haven't even been able to do my usual digi image challenge :( Anyway, as soon as I get the printer back from the repair shop I will be printing out this recipe, until then you get the idea. I got the inspiration to use a flag on my card from my friend and fellow DT member Lorie and this is my take on it.
Hope you all have a fun St. Patrick's day :)

Good Monday morning. I can't believe it's the first of March already, where is the time going? Our challenge this week on the Recipe card challenge blog is "Birthday Party Celebrations". I made a recipe card using a simple but yummy recipe for mini toad in the hole, I think these are always a big hit with kids and adults alike. I used some pretty pink and green pp, flowers (from Scrapbook store at your door) and brads to give a fresh springy feel. I really hope some of you can come and play along in our challenge this week and don't forget to stop by the recipe card challenge blog to see the rest of the design teams awesome cards!

Spice it up!
This weeks challenge on the recipe card challenge blog is "spice it up"! I love spicy food so I had a hard time picking just one recipe, in the end I went with a recipe for Moroccan tagine as it's a family favourite. The pp is Basicgrey and I used the stars border punch by Martha Stewart. The cool font was downloaded from DaFont (they have soooo many great fonts) and I finished the card off with some gems.
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to visit the Recipe card challenge blog to see what the rest of the super talented design team made!

A table for two....
Our challenge this week on the Recipe Card Challenge Blog is "table for two" in honour of St. Valentine's day. Tiramisu is my hubby's and my favourite dessert so I thought it would be very fitting for this romantic challenge. I used some pretty Heidi Swapp pp and a heart doily from Scrapbook store at your door and added a little bow (made using the bow easy tool) and a little gem stone on the faux fold. Pop on over to the Recipe Card Challenge Blog and see what yummy dishes the rest of the design team have come up with. Hope you all have a happy, love filled Valentine's day!

Fondue of you....
The theme of this weeks Recipe card challenge is Fondue! My mother got me a lovely fondue pot for Christmas so I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone's recipes and trying them out. For my card I used a swiss cheese fondue recipe which gave me the perfect excuse to use this cute House Mouse stamp (available from Scrapbookstore at your door). I cut half circles from around the image, in the hope it would resemble swiss cheese! The pp is DCWV and I added some ribbon to finish it off.
Hope you can stop by the recipe card challenge blog and play along!

Drinks to warm the soul
Good morning all! This weeks challenge on the recipe card challenge blog is "drinks to warm the soul". It is -1 degree here at the moment, so what a fitting challenge! We still have candy canes left over from Christmas so I thought I would make a hot schnocolate recipe card. The mug image is a free digi that I downloaded a while back, from the digi kitty. The cute pp is available from Julie's store, which has lots of yummy food related products for you to check out! I coloured the image with water colour pencils and added some glitter to the hearts to finish it off. I hope you can come and play along in this weeks challenge!
Thanks for stopping by :)
