Pink challenge

Good morning!
I'm only now getting around to posting my page for last weekends pink Smash challenge. I found this pretty notebook in Tesco recently and I thought it would make a perfect mini Smash album. I'm using up some paper from my 6x6 and 8x8 inch pads in it. I used some Papermania paper for my pink pages.

My boys

Football fever has begun in our house! We've just started to watch the opening ceremony of the Euro 2012 competition. It's so nice seeing Irish flags flying everywhere around town, I'm sure the rest of the country is the same :)
The first challenge for the weekend has started on the Scrap*aholics facebook page. It is to use banners, pendants or flags. I was going to do a Euro 2012 page, but I don't have any photos yet so I decided to do a page on my boys. I'm entering it into the  Frosted designs stitching challenge as there is some faux stitching on the paper I used.

Smash*aholics challenge

Happy Saturday!
Smash*aholics have another weekend of 24 hour challenges again this weekend (love these challenges!). As much as I love crafting, I'm definitely the kind of person that needs motivation to actually craft and these challenges really help! I got a new red Smash* book this week! Yay!! They are available to buy in Ireland now (so no more ridiculous shipping costs!) from Cardznscraps if anyone is looking for them over here.

For mine, I made the library pocket and the yo-yo flower out of an old pair of one of the boys jeans.
