Sketchy Thursday & Scrapbook challenges sketches

Did you ever have one of those days where you wish you hadn't got up? Well I have had two of them! It has been freezing so heavy lately that our pipes are frozen and we have been without water for the last two days, grrrr! I have baking I want/need to get done, a mountain of laundry, floors to clean and a full dishwasher and I can't do any of it. It doesn't look like the weather is going to improve much over the next few days either :(
So to keep myself some way sane I got some scrapping done.

For this one I used a sketch from Sketchy Thursday

and for this one a sketch from Scrapbook challenges

Thanks for stopping by :)

Birthday Bash

Scrapbook challenges are celebrating their 1st birthday! There's lots of fun activities going on, one of them being a blog hop and everyone can join in, by visiting the hop on forum! The hop starts at Pamela's blog and you'll get directions from there. Here's the fun sketch we get to use

and here's a page I made using it (sorry about the bad photo, it's night here and out of 20 photos this was the best one)

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the hop :)

Team work...

Hello everyone :) I have been sick all week with the flu and have been feeling sorry for myself  :(  so today I thought I would get my act together and do something crafty. Here are the results. It's a page of my son and his Gaelic football team. I was a very proud momma that day, seeing him all decked out in his football gear :)

Supplies: DCWV citrus stack, Cricut & opposites attract & home decor carts

I used sketch 223 from Pamela's world of scrap and some die cuts that I made with my Cricut so I'm submitting it to Frosted Designs die cut challenge.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a great weekend!
